Resurrecting America’s Spiritual Roots
Bringing Israel To America is a spiritually based program whose purpose is to bring the values, beliefs, and inner teachings (Kabbalah) of the Jewish nation to America. America and Israel are intertwined on a spiritual, political, and Messianic level. BITA’s mission is to save America by raising her consciousness level through helping its citizens perceive the interconnectedness and unity of all life, also known as Messianic Consciousness.
The co-founders of BITA, Tim and Tom Dworniczek, have worked in the mental health and addiction fields for decades. During that time they began to notice a general deterioration of their clients’ level of functioning, values, spiritual and family lives, and purpose and mission. Coinciding with this awareness were two visits to Israel where they witnessed a very different culture in the Orthodox communities. Though they briefly entertained the idea of moving there, they decided to Bring Israel to America, i.e, their values, beliefs, and inner teachings. The vehicles they will be using for this include spiritual groups, seminars and meditation sessions rather than a traditional psychotherapy format. By implementing Jewish teachings, Tim and Tom hope to stem the tide in the decline of American culture.
Tom has been working as a psychotherapist for 30 years treating families, couples, individuals and teenagers. Throughout those years he has seen a gradual decline in male mentoring and its effects on men and marriages. Today it appears that men are clueless as to what it means to be a “real man”, and how this is affecting women. By recognizing such a huge problem, Tom along with his twin brother Tim, has decided to transition into a different area by creating male mentoring groups. He believes by inspiring males to become better men, the marriages, families, children and society can improve dramatically.
Tim has been working in the field of addictions since 1984. After a long career counseling addicts and alcoholics, he’s learned that those people who make a permanent change in their lives seem to share certain attributes and characteristics which lead to the change. As a result of this knowledge Tim has decided to take his career into a new direction with a bigger purpose in mind. He will bundle those common attributes and characteristics, and with his brother Tom, will facilitate male mentoring groups where all males, whether addicts and alcoholics or not, can benefit from this program which releases change to make the male a better man.
